Return Policy


What is your return policy?

Unfortunately all sales are final. If you receive damaged product please contact us via email immediately at: team@girlpalooza.com

Fulfillment and Shipment

Do you ship outside of the US?

We are currently only shipping within the United States at this time.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Please add gift wrapping to your cart if you need your order wrapped. Please put any additional gift wrapping instructions (e.g., gift receipt in box, [name] on gift tag, excluding an item from wrapping, etc.) in the cart section at checkout. 


For gift wrapped items, prices will be covered and receipts will not be included in the wrapped box by default.

When can I expect my online order to ship?

Orders that are placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of ordering. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).


How much does it cost to ship?

Just want some lip gloss? We will ship it for FREE! 


Wanna add some of our bath & body products? Please see ship rates below...body butter is heavy. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 


$3 if you spend $0-$10.99 

$5 if you spend $11-$49.99 

For orders over $50 shipping is FREE!



Cancellations


Can I cancel my order?

While cancellations cannot be guaranteed, please email team@girlpalooza.com as soon as possible. We cannot cancel orders after they have been processed and shipped. 

What if I refuse my package?

Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Girlpalooza® is not responsible or liable for the refused packaged (including, tracking down, receipt or condition returned shipment).

Sales Tax

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

If you are a Michigan resident, you will be charged Michigan sales tax (6%) for your purchased goods.


Discounts


Can I use one or more discount code or promotion?

Customers are only permitted to use one discount code at a time.

Can I earn loyalty points or redeem my rewards from online purchases?

Yes! Please click on our Rewards Program link found in the lower right hand corner of our page.

Ambassador Program

Are you currently accepting ambassadors?

Our brand ambassadors are selected every 6-7 months. Please visit our 'Ambassador' page to learn more about our program and current ambassadors.  

How do you choose your ambassadors?

Girlpalooza® strives to build a girl power community through our ongoing ambassador program. We carefully select girls who inspire and empower our brand values. We focus on girls who want to promote positivity and spread awareness about our brand and mission. 

Do I have to live local to your headquarters in Michigan?

No. All of our requirements are open to anyone living within the United States. 

What do you get for being an ambassador?

Girlpalooza® brand ambassadors receive amazing perks for being a part of our communty. During their contract period, they receive free and discounted product, first looks at new product, client/follower giveaways, and promotionb on our website and social media channels.

Wholesale

Do you offer a wholesale program for retailers?

Yes! We are offering wholesale accounts to select boutiques. For more info please contact us via email: team@girlpalooza.com

 

Events and Services

      

Can I find your products at any pop-up shops?

Yes! We will periodically be hosting some local pop-up shops in Michigan. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter for more info on dates and locations.

Can you donate product to my event or charity?

While we try to support the community whenever possible, we are tightly allocated for donations for 2020. If you have a charity request, please reach out to us via email with subject line: DONATION. Please include all of the details (i.e., description of charity, deadline, type of donation, non-profit tax ID, date of event, point of contact, number of sponsors or charity baskets being collected, etc.)
